Less than your kid's school lunch this week.
Includes a replay and a workbook (you can use for years to come).
You leave with the three decisions that move revenue in Q4.

Iva and Linda high five
You don't need another workshop. You need a plan you'll actually achieve.
The reality

The second half of the year is a different beast.

Q4 doesn't wait for you to catch up. It starts whether you or your business is ready or not. You have to do it all at once: finding your rhythm again following a slower summer, picking up conversations with potential leads and collaborators, getting back into the content of your work projects, while waiting for the school schedule and activity sign-ups before you can really start planning a single work block.

01

Client relationships cooled down. Everyone was focused on other things. Now it's just a hope they remember you and you're still on the same page when you follow up.

02

Household admin swallowed the first two weeks. School enrollment, visa renewals, supply lists, sometimes in a language that isn't your first (or second). You're technically "back," but you haven't billed a single hour yet.

03

You're waiting on everyone else's calendar before you can plan your own. Your kids' schedule and your partner's travel schedule decide that for you. And when you do carve out time, some part of you still feels like you're not allowed to, like you're putting too much pressure on everything.

04

Comparison creeps in. Founders who "had a productive summer" show up in your feed and you feel horribly behind. Real or not, it's imposter syndrome on steroids you don't have time for right now.

05

You spent the summer on full-time caregiving, not business mode. September requires you to switch gears in an instant. It takes a minute, and it's frustrating.

06

Taking time off gave you a chance to reflect, and it sparked a new idea. Instead of diving in head first, you need a moment to make a new plan - but where's the time?

"Nobody around me actually gets how complex the situation is. My local friends aren't running businesses, people back home don't understand what daily life is like here. It's so helpful to solve this puzzle together."

By the second week of September you're behind on client work, behind on a plan that no longer applies, and realize the math on the twelve focused weeks you have left against a target you set in January just doesn't add up. This workshop doesn't give you more weeks. You get a plan that gets the most out of the ones you have.

What you will leave with

A realistic plan you can start on Monday; and that will help you reach your goals.

Led by two expat mom founders who've rebuilt a business from scratch more than once. This session has two parts.

Part 1

What a strong Q4 looks like

Twelve weeks from now, someone is running your business. Either the version of you still catching up from summer, or the one who decided in September exactly who she wanted to be by December. This session is where you pick which one you want to be.

Part 2

Three decisions that get you there

What's already committed vs. what's still open, the gap that leaves you, a realistic read on how many working weeks you actually have, and the one offer, one habit combination that closes the gap fastest. You leave with one target, one offer, one habit - not a color-coded to-do list, not a roadmap that never ends, not a vision board.

Your facilitators

We built this because it's what we were missing.

Combined: 13 countries, 5 kids, 6 businesses built in the gaps between school drop-off, dinner, and relocations. We are just like you.

Iva Buschmann

Iva Buschmann

Executive Coach

Iva has moved nine times in the past 29 years. Every time, right as her business started making sense, it was time to rebuild from zero - clients, confidence, community, all of it. She works with founders and executives through the exact stretch this workshop is for: the gap between the plan you made and the person you have to become to get there.

She holds several certifications under her belt, and her superpower is hearing what her clients aren't saying. That's the gap she closes: between what a client says they want and what's actually stopping them from getting it.

In the workshop, Iva runs the part most founders try to skip: the pressure and comparison quietly shaping every decision you make in Q4.

Linda van Egmond

Linda van Egmond

Fractional CMO & Operator

Linda is the one female founders bring in when the business is working but feels held together with a string. 18 years inside impact-first businesses. Her superpower is optimising strategy, marketing, and operations and tying everything together to make a company grow.

She's built her own company twice. Once in the Netherlands, and again after a move that asked her to rebuild it all from scratch: clients, network, infrastructure, the lot. Linda reads a business the way some people read X-rays.

In the workshop, Linda runs the operational side: the decisions you need to make now so the last twelve weeks of the year actually count.

Who this is for

You'll recognise yourself in at least three of these.

"I absolutely love how practical this group is when it comes to tips and tricks."
